Okay, you guys! I am so excited about this!

I’m betting a lot of you are like me and are trying to eat healthier. If you are like me in that regard, you’ve watched your grocery bill rise as you’ve opted for natural, organic, or non-GMO products. A few years ago, my husband and I decided that healthy food choices were worth the investment. We agreed that our food “investments” would pay off big time down the road with what we, our children, and our children’s children will save on health care.

Now, we get the best of both worlds!!! Two words…THRIVE MARKET.

What is Thrive Market

Thrive Market is an online wholesale shopping club for organic and natural products. Envision an online Costco that sells only organic, natural, and non-GMO products! Yes! Now can you see why I’m so excited?!

Having shopped at the commissary, where prices are close to wholesale, I got spoiled. I got acquainted with some really great natural, gluten-free, and organic brands. Now that The Husband has separated from the Air Force (well, in a couple weeks anyway) we have to pay a premium for those same brands at our local grocery.

For less than $5 a month ($59.95 annually), members can shop 4,000 of the highest quality food, supplements, home, personal care, and beauty products from more than 400 of the best brands on the market, all delivered straight to your door always at 25-50% below retail prices. Seriously, these prices are so much lower than our grocery store, and most are lower than on Amazon too!

Here is a price comparison on a brand of toys that we love! (Yes! They even carry some toys!)

This is one of my all-time favorite natural deodorants…(okay, I know this is a men’s deodorant, but I may or may not have used it too! 😉 )

Expanding access to healthy living isn’t just a business model — at Thrive Market, it’s a mission. Through the company’s Thrive Gives initiative, a unique take on one-to-one giving, every paid membership is matched with a free membership for a low-income American family, military family, or teacher. Thanks to Thrive Gives, thousands of Americans who otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford healthy and natural products will have easy access to similarly or lower-priced alternatives to highly processed and artificial products found at traditional supermarkets. So awesome!

I could go on and on with the price comparisons, but I’ll spare you. You’ll just have to check it out for yourself. 🙂

Buying groceries at wholesale prices is such a good deal. I shop at Costco as often as I can to save money. It helps me be more efficient with my food use too. Furthermore, buying more at once is a very good idea. What is your favorite wholesaler?
  2. There is definitely nothing better than being able to get good food for a good price. It is so important that you make sure that you are always feeding your family well. However, healthy and whole foods can get really expensive. That is one reason why it is so nice to be able to find really good deals. Whenever this happens it's just like Christmas.
  3. Great post! THis is so informational and it helps parents with their shopping for the home. Thanks for sharing!
