I participated in a Blog Blast Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Doctor On Demand. I received a free trial coupon code to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

Sometimes, okay, a lot of the time, going to the doctor just isn’t convenient.  It is enormously difficult to get all my children dressed and adequately fed,  pack up the snacks, diapers, toys for when they get bored–You getting the picture?

Doctor on Demand knows there are a lot of reasons why seeing a doctor in the comfort and convenience of your own home might be the right choice. Doctor on Demand services provide 15 minute video visits with board certified physicians, psychologists, and lactation consultants. You can visit DoctoronDemand.com or you can download an app to your tablet or smartphone. No insurance is needed and your insurance will not be contacted.

I can’t tell you how many times this would have saved me so much stress. Oh, to have had a Lactation Consultant right at my fingertips! Perhaps those breastfeeding woes would have been eased. Not to mention all my kids’ fevers, colds, etc; should I take my child into the doctor or is he just fine?

Setting up Doctor on Demand account couldn’t be easier. It took me about 45 seconds. And Doctor on Demand is offering you a promo code for a FREE first visit. After you set up your account, use the Doctor on Demand promo code : SAVVYMOM15 for your free visit. If you don’t use the coupon code immediately, don’t worry, it will stay in your account until you need to use it.

Visits are $40 for a 15 minute medical and pediatric consult, $50 for a 25 minute session with a psychologist, and $40 for a 25 minute session with a lactation consultant.

  1. I agree with you that going to the doctor isn't convenient sometimes. In my busy life, it's hardly ever convenient. So, having a doctor that makes house calls is great! It's reassuring to know that someone is there for you, just a phone call away.
