From Walt Disney Animation Studios, the team behind “Frozen” and “Wreck-It Ralph,” comes “Big Hero 6,” an
original action-comedy-adventure about a robotics prodigy and a plus-sized inflatable robot, who develop a
special bond on a quest to solve an unsettling mystery

BIG HERO 6 is a fun animated film that features a young boy named Hiro and his robot friend named Baymax.  The film is inspired by Marvel comics but has the heart and humor that you would expect from a Disney movie.  In BIG HERO 6, Hiro and his friends don’t have “magical super-powers” but they use technology and their brains to create their power to help “catch the bad guys”. (as my son would say!)

Disney did an awesome job creating a Marvel like movie with superhero’s and a villain all while making it cute, fun and enjoyable to take my kids to.  Even the villain scenes weren’t too scary for my kids like some  of the Marvel movies are.  My almost 5 year old son LOVED it!  He loved Baymax and everything about him.  How he moved, talked and especially when he flew.  He got so excited to see him fly!  Now for my 7 year old daughter… she didn’t care for it.  But that’s not saying much because if it isn’t pink, sparkly or has anything to do with dance, then she usually doesn’t like it.  🙂 As for me, my husband and my two year old, we all really enjoyed it.  I still love how Disney can put humor into all their movies that gets us adults laughing!

BIG HERO 6 opened yesterday, Friday November 7th 2014 in 3D and is rated PG.  So if you are looking for something fun to do with the kids or as a family I highly suggest checking it out.

Check out this fun game for your kiddo’s to do.  See if they can find their way through the maze!

This sounds like a movie my son would enjoy. I like that it's a Marvel like movie but more fitting for the younger kids.
