A couple weeks ago I attended the Access P&G: Science of Sleep blogger where we saw some great products and learned about healthy sleep.  We had the awesome opportunity to hear Dr. Natalie Doutovitch, National Sleep Foundation Environmental Scholar talk to us about how to get good sleep and the detrimental consequences when we don’t.

Don’t forget to head over and take the “Tuck In, Turn Off” pledge.  Pledge to take time to unwind at night before you head to bed, unplug from your tech gadgets before hitting the sack, and get a full 8 hours of sleep.  You’ll feel so good once you do! Your body will thank you and your family will thank you so head on over and make the pledge!
