Tyson Grilled & Ready Products

Did any of you make the New Years Resolution to become a healthier you?  Either by becoming more active or by choosing healthy eating options?  Well then I have got some wonderful tips to share with you!  Tyson Foods has created a new program called “Just add this” to help people like you and me meet our goals to become healthier by just adding simple things into our daily routine.  They offer tips on how to squeeze in exercise and healthy recipes using  Tyson® Grilled & Ready® products!  All these things help you to create a healthier lifestyle to last a lifetime!

Just look at some of these tips!

  • To power through a workout, just add super-motivating music to a playlist and crank it up during the last part of the session, which tends to be the most tiring. Music can increase the intensity of exercise, and at the same time decrease how difficult it feels.
  • To shop smarter at the supermarket, just add a healthy snack like a piece of string cheese and an apple before hitting the store. Hungry shoppers buy 45 percent more high-calorie foods than shoppers who aren’t hungry.

You don’t have to make drastic changes; it’s all about making small adjustments.  Like fitting in a 10 minute power walk into your day.

Would you like more tips?  Well, from now through March, you can join the “Just Add This” program over on Tyson® Grilled & Ready® products facebook page.  Simply click on the “Just Add This” tab and you can find more motivational tips to help you along your journey, along with a new Grilled & Ready® products recipe. And most of them under 500 calories!  Plus they are giving away good-for-you prizes, like a Lululemon® gift card, a Trek® Women’s Road Bike and more!

And how about a yummy new recipe to try that is easy to make and offers healthy eating options!  Each effortless and delicious recipe is made with 97% fat-free, fully cooked Grilled & Ready® chicken, which requires less prep-time and is versatile for a variety of meal creations, so you can feel good about what you’re eating even when crunched for time! Grilled & Ready® products are also available in a space-saving bag for your freezer and offers the same amount of chicken with the same grilled taste!

This is the Grilled Chicken Wild Rice Soup and would be perfect for these cold winter nights!  Plus doesn’t it look so delicious!?!
