Ingredients
- 12 ounces Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Refrigerated Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips
- 1/2 cup low fat ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- 6 ounces mixed lettuce greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, red and/or yellow, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 2-1/4 ounces ripe olives, sliced, drained
- 1/2 cup queso fresco, crumbled or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine ranch dressing and taco seasoning mix; set aside.
- In a large bowl combine Grilled & Ready Southwestern Chicken Strips, greens, tomatoes, onion, and olives. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Sprinkle with queso fresco. Serve immediately.
