When I get ready to go out either on a date with my hubby or out with my friends for girls night I like to get a little dressed up.   I don’t do much but anything is a step up from my jeans and hoodie that I wear around the house with my kids or out running errands!  🙂  I like to do my hair and make up and wear some body spray.  I told ya it’s nothing fancy but I do feel nice compared to my everyday attire!  So when I was asked to review Demeter Fragrance I was excited to try some nice perfume!

The first thing I noticed about Demeter Fragrance was their quote, “Simple, Subtle, Singular Scents, Each Day. Everywhere.” It made me realize that I don’t need to go out for a hot date to smell pretty. I can smell good in my own home or out running my daughter to school and dance!  So I browsed further into their website and discovered that they had so many options and unique scents.   Some that stood out to me were Honeysuckle, Pixie Dust, Jasmine, Birthday Cake and Pink Lemonade.  And that’s just a few of them!  They have 245 different scents so there is bound to be one (or two) that would appeal to everyone!

With it being Halloween coming up I decided to pick out some yummy, sweet smelling sprays to try.  I tried Angel Food, Dulce de Leche, Tootsie Tropical Dots and Chococat.  Look how cute, fun and yummy they look!

scents

As I wore them and tried them out here are my thoughts on them.  The first one I tried was Dulce de Leche. When I first sprayed it, it was really strong and I actually didn’t like it.  It kind of smelled burnt to me.  But after wearing it for a little bit, it became light and sweet smelling.

Next I tried the Tropical Dots.  This was yummy!  It was fun, fruity, and young.  I could smell some lime in it and I really liked it.  Though, I feel like I might be too old to wear it!  🙂

Next up was the Chococat.  I really liked this one!  It smelled just like chocolate but in a nice perfume way, if you can picture that. LOL

The last one was Angel Food.  This was light, sweet and very yummy.  I realized that all the different scents they were strong at first, but they wore off quickly into a light smell that was really nice.  I hate it when people wear too much scent and they leave a trail behind them.  I really liked that these did not do that.

Out of the 4 scents I tried, I think my favorite ones where the Chococat and the Angel Food.

Another fun thing I like about Demeter is that when you click on a scent they give you a background about each scent.  Kind of like a history lesson!  Its fun to read about the scents and it paints a picture in your mind about how each of them will smell.  So if you get time check them out here and read about your favorite scent!

My favorite scent listed on Demeter that I'd like to try is Cotton Candy. I love the smell and taste of cotton candy. I hung a vanilla scented car air freshener in my locker as a kid because it smelled just like cotton candy. I loved going to my locker and sometimes would even if I didn't need anything out of it. I guess it's an uplifting scent for me.

In my view, if all web owners and bloggers made just right content material as you probably did, the web will be a lot more useful than ever before.
