I think I’ve mentioned on my blog before, I’m not the greatest gift giver. I don’t know. Maybe I’m just not very thoughtful, but I have the hardest time thinking of what to get someone for special occasions. I felt completely inadequate last week when we had Valentine’s Day, my son’s birthday, and then my husband’s birthday each one day after the other.
Sites like ProFlowers.com are perfect for these occasions when I want to let someone know I’m thinking about them and that I care. I like that ProFlowers has a large variety of gifts (not just flowers!) that I can choose from. They’ve got me covered for Valentine’s gifts for my husband, birthday gifts, thank you gifts, and many more.
I recently had my mother-in-law out to help out with the new baby. She was a tremendous blessing as she cooked, cleaned, and took care of our other two boys. A few days before the end of her visit she received word that her mother had passed away. Though it wasn’t completely unexpected (her mother had been unwell for a very long time) it put a lot of added stress on my mother-in-law. When she went home I wanted to do something extra special to say thank you for her visit.
I went to the ProFlowers.com website and ordered a beautiful live orchid. I know that my mother-in-law loves flowers, and I hoped that this colorful orchid would brighten the cold Utah winter.
Isn’t it lovely?! I hope she liked it!
The other thing I love is that you can order your gift and have it delivered in a matter of a day or two. This is a lifesaver if you’re a last-minute gift giver!
