I love cooking in my crock-pot. It is so nice to throw ingredients in a pot on busy days and to not have to worry about dinner. It’s just all ready when you get home. And this recipe is so simple and easy! I usually have all the ingredients on hand. Oh and the chicken. I forgot to add that in the picture!
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pkg ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese.
In a bowl, mix dressing mix, cream cheese and soup. Then pour over chicken in a crock-pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and serve over rice or noodles.
(I’ve also tried this with an italian seasaoning packet instead of the ranch packet and it is delicious too!)
