  1. Well, I suppose that if you want to avoid chocolate, you might not want to come to my site... just kidding. Visiting you from the Feed me Friday link up and I would love to see you. I only write about chocolate on Friday... because I cannot eat chocolate every day! I also write about various crafts, healthy food, exercising- that usual lifestyle stuff. Any, thank you for the post. I am always looking for healthy snack ideas. I also read one saying that when you are craving a snack, you just need to go on a 15 minnute walk- usually works for me! See you soon!
  2. Love your tips! I've been snacking on pretzel crisps dipped in hummus a lot lately.

Those are really great tips and choices for snacks. It is good to know that some of the natural foods like avocados can be used for snacking. When most people think of snacks all that is in their head are these processed foods that have been equipped with a lot of chemicals.
  4. I usually go for nuts or dried fruit or maybe a granola bar. Things that ae easily portable work well for me!
  5. I love, love, love yogurt covered raisins and cherries and have gotten my kids started eating them too.
  6. No matter how hard I try to abstain from junk food I'm often sabotaged. Yesterday, we were at Costco and I was so tempted to try a few of the food samples. I must confess the chocolate chip waffles were my downfall. Great post.....Renee
  7. I'm really going to print this out. There are some great options up there that I love anyways :)
  8. Taking a page from Crystal and printing yours :)
  9. My favorite thing to do is to take one naptime a week to make my own ziploc bags of treats - I can cut up cheese, chop veggies or make my own '100 calorie packs' and keep them in the fridge or a box in my pantry...
  10. I really like yogurt with chia seeds, hemp hearts, and strawberries. Not only is it healthy but it is quite filling and tastes great.
  11. What a great list of healthy snacks
  12. Thanks for the wonderful list. I am not good about eating healthy snacks. This is great. I do like mixed nuts and they are good for you. So many ideas too.
  13. Oh, it's a good thing I love yogurt :) Thanks for sharing this. I am now looking for healthier alternatives, so reading your post couldn't have come at a more opportune time :)
