I’m sure you noticed my ClothDiapers hashtag in the title of my post.  Well, you don’t have to be a cloth diapering parent to think baby leg warmers are absolutely adorable.  I love them and Little Brother has several pairs.  I recently received a pair of Sandbox Lane’s “Octopus Legs” (LOVE the name) to review, and, yep, still love them.

"Spunky"

Let me start off by saying that Little Brother has FAT thighs.  He grew out of all his other baby leg warmers before he hit 15 months old.  I was intrigued when I received the Octopus legs in the mail that the top elastic (for the thighs) is different than other baby leg warmers.  All the other leg warmers we have the top of the leg warmer that goes around the thigh is sewn exactly the same as the bottom of the legwarmer that fits just above the ankle.  That doesn’t work so well for fat thighs.  The top opening of the Octopus Legs is larger than the ankle opening!  Yay, they fit on Little Brother.

Despite how distraught Little Brother looks in this picture he loves his “funny socks” as he calls them.

What a sad sight!

–He is currently having some skin sensory issues.  We’re not sure what is going on with that (seasonal allergies maybe??), but for the past week he says “ouch” anytime we put remotely tight clothing on him so I apologize for the photo.–

Octopus legs are perfect for showing off a cute cloth diapered bum, wearing under skirts, or rolled up pants.  They also come in very handy for “naked” potty training which is what we used them for.

Octopus legs come in a bunch of cute colors and patterns for both boys and girls and can be purchased at Sandbox Lane for only $9.95.

Win It!

Sandbox Lane is giving my readers a chance to win their own pair of Octopus Legs!
