Welcome to the biggest cloth diaper giveaway event of the year! Whether you are a seasoned cloth diaperer, a novice, or just here to take a peak at what cloth diapering is all about, you’ve got to admit there is some really cute fluff up for grabs today.
Little Brother has recently taken a fancy to potty training. He caught me completely by surprise as he was only 19 months when he started wanting to go on the potty. That prompted me to look into cloth pull-up options for him. In my search I found several wonderful cloth training pant options. I was fortunate enough to review a few. I have been able to put the trainers I’ve received to the test as Little Brother has gone from beginning potty training to almost fully potty trained as of a couple days ago.
My theme today is “From Diapers to Potty”. We’ll be giving away a couple diapers that will take your child into the potty training stage and then a few of the cloth trainer options that are available.
Super Undies
Super Undies have a layer of microfiber sewn in and a waterproof PUL outer to catch accidents. Super Undies has 3 different trainer “models”: the pocket potty training pants, the pull-on potty training pants, and the nighttime potty training pants. I was sent a Pocket Potty Training Pant to review. I chose the Pocket Potty Training Pant because, at 21 months, Little Brother is at the beginning of his potty training experience. The Pocket Potty Training Pants have 3 snaps in the back of the pant on each side for easier mess clean-up should there be a messy accident. Click here to read my full review.
Earthy Crunchy Mama & EcoPosh Trainer
Earthy Crunchy Mama has a wonderful selection of cloth diapers, but she is so much more than that. Earthy Crunchy Mama carries a wide variety of products to help us green and healthify our lives.
Let me just start by saying that I LOVE this trainer. The EcoPosh Recycled, Organic Training Pants are truly and eco-friendly option. It is made of recycled water bottles and organic cotton on the outside. Inside the trainer is a hidden layer of TPU as well as 2 layer of bamboo and organic cotton. Even though the trainer has a layer of TPU it is not fully waterproof.
After using it for a while I loved it so much that I purchased another one from Earthy Crunchy Mama. You can read my full review of the EcoPosh Trainer here.
FuzziBunz Trickle Free Trainers
I love the cute prints on the FuzziBunz Trickle Free Trainers. I chose the “Super Kid in Training” for Little Brother. It is adorable! There is a layer of microfiber sewn into the wet zone on the inside to catch small accidents. The FuzziBunz Trickle Free Trainers are absorbent enough to hold one accident or a few tiny, “oops, didn’t know I had to go” accidents. The inside is lined with a super soft velour (think minky blanket) that is soft on your little one’s skin, but will let them feel the wetness. The outer of the diaper is a waterproof PUL so you can be at ease when you’re on the go. You can read my full review of the FuzziBunz Trickle Free Trainers here.
AppleCheeks
Not only are AppleCheeks great diapers, but they also double as trainers! AppleCheeks diapers are sewn with elastic in the front as well as in the back, making the diapers easy to pull up and down without unsnapping the sides. In fact, these are some of the easiest of the trainers we have to pull up and down.
