Epic Dance Studio Review #Utah

A couple weeks ago we took my daughter to a BYU football game. She LOVED it!!! Actually, I don’t think she even knew there was a football game going on, she was so obsessed with the cheerleaders and Cosmo. Ever since then all she can talk about is being a cheerleader and doing handstands just like Cosmo. Then I was introduced to Epic Dance Studios. They have tumbling, cheer, hip-hop, ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, yoga, zumba and mommy n’me classes. They had a beginning tumbling class for my 4 year old so I thought this would be perfect for her to try. She absolutely loved it!!! She has only been twice and says it is so much fun. She can almost do her handstand all by herself already!

Epic Dance Studios has just moved to a new location in Downtown Provo on Center Street.  At Epic they strive to give every student a personal and enjoyable experience where they can excel and have fun. My daughter has only gone twice to her tumbling class so far and I can tell she has learned so much in confidence and technique.  What I like is the small classes making it more personable and very hands on.  I think this adds a lot to what my daughter can learn.

At class they worked on stretching, forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels and many other things.

She can kick all the way up into a handstand.  She just needs to work on holding it now

And keep in mind this is only the beginning tumbling class!  They have so many other classes and options all in one studio!  It definitely makes it easy to come to one place and have so many options.  I think it would be so much fun to try Zumba (maybe when I’m not 6 monthes pregnant though!), take my little boy to the Mommy n’ Me class or once my daughter gets old enough to put her in the Cheerleading classes.  I really liked what I saw at Epic and my daughter really likes it too!
