My sister-in-law found this wonderful place for some awesome, wet, summer fun right near my in-law’s house.  If you’re in Utah County, the Rock Canyon Park “bowl” is a must on the summer activities list.  The winter snow runoff travels down the canyon right into the bowl creating a lazy river perfect for a relaxing tube float…well, as relaxing as 40 something degrees can be!
A family there before us laid a huge, long sheet of vinyl down on the hill, and pumped water from the river up onto the top of the vinyl.  Everyone had tons of fun sliding down!

Getting ready to slide into the frigid water below!
Me and Little Brother.  The water was so cold that my butt hurt by the end of the float. 🙂
“The Bowl”.  You can see the pool of water where the waterfall dumps in.  Then it wraps around the inside of the bowl making a nice lazy river.
Little Brother preferred dry land.
The Husband and his brother trying out the slide!  Kudos to them for going head first into that frigid water.
