Nursing Uniforms ~Review~

My mom is a NICU nurse and every time I visit her I am always so impressed by how cute her scrubs are.  Not that I’d go out with The Husband for a night on the town wearing scrubs, but, really, they have come a long way from the, completely unflattering, standard blue or green.
At NursingUniforms.net you can choose from a wide variety of colors, prints, and styles to fit and flatter every body.  They have some of the cutest medical nursing scrubs (I know, it seems weird to call scrubs cute, but these really are!).  I really like this one called Funky Circles.  (They do carry men’s scrub tops, but sorry guys, the pickins are pretty slim–isn’t that always the way.) The prices are not bad either.  Scrub tops start at just under $12.

NursingUniforms.net also carries scrub pants, jackets, skirts, medical lab coats, and even a women’s skirt suit.

NursingUniforms.net even has a scholarship program for nursing students.  They are currently offering two Fall 2011 scholarships for $250 (great to use towards buying all those new scrubs you’ll need, eh?).

So, if you are just starting your nursing career or need to spruce up your medical wardrobe this may just be the place for you.
