Top 4 Ways to Save Money Shopping Online!

I was recently interviewed for an article and was asked what my top 3 ways for saving money are.  I’m not an avid couponer.  I occasionally find some great coupons that are worth using, but for the most part my family doesn’t consume the types of products that coupons are for.
So if I don’t coupon what do I do to save money?  Well, here are the top 3 things I do to save.
1)  Sign up for daily deal sites!  I don’t shop on these a ton…mostly because we live on a 1 student-earner income ; )…but when I do find something I need I save a TON.  I had to buy Little Brother a new carseat a few months back and I found an awesome deal on a daily deal site.  I paid half price for the carseat and saved almost $100!  All of these daily deal emails go to my Junk Mail folder and I just scan through them in the morning to see if there is anything I “need”.
Here are some of my favorite deal sites:  (the stuff on these two tend to fly off the shelves so you have to act fast.  If you live in the SLC area you can choose the free pick-up option) (Not technically a daily deal site, but they have great local deals for the SLC folks and awesome online deals for everyone!)
Let me know what your favorite deal sites are and I’ll add them to the list!
2) Share deals with your friends!  Some deal sites give you credits when your friends sign up and make a purchase.  That equals an even greater deal for you, and chances are that when you share you’re friends will share back, and you’ll get in the know on even more great deals!  In economic times like these everyone is grateful for a deal.
3) When you shop online always shop through a cash back site!  Really, there is no reason not to.  Not only do these sites give you cash back when you shop through their portal, but they also give you a sign-up bonus (usually $5)!
Here are the cash back sites I know of:
Shop at Home Thanks Melanie for this and the 2 following!

Do you know of any other cash back sites?
4)  And the final top way I save money shopping online is to never make a purchase without first googling for a coupon code.  All you have to do is type the product name & “coupon code” and see if anything comes up.  Chances are if there is a valid coupon code it will be on the 1st page of search results.
If you have any other deal sites or cash back sites that you absolutely LOVE please leave it in the comment below and I’ll add it to the list!  Do you have any other tips on how to save money shopping online?
