Charlie Banana is the new cloth diapering kid on the block. They are, however, bound to become a household name before long. The Charlie Banana company is based in Hong Kong whose team is comprised of a global mix of Canadian, American, French, British, and Hong Kong members.  Charlie Banana launched their cloth diaper brand in America in September.

I was recently sent a bundle of Charlie Banana products to review.  Included were a pair of blue-striped Charlie Banana leg warmers.  I love the legwarmers!  They provide extra cushioning for little knees crawling about.  They are so cute and so soft inside, and there is nothing cuter than a cloth diapered bum in a pair of legwarmers, but I have to admit that when I received them I wondered what in the world was I going to do with these in the cold Utah winters!  Little Brother certainly could not sport the diaper, legwarmers combo without freezing his little tootsies off (k- so we keep it a little on the chilly side in our house :).  Well, it turns out they look pretty stylin’ under pants as well!

And I can’t wait until spring when he can show off his little cloth diapered bum with the legwarmers (I know that’s very silly of me, but even moms reserve the right to be silly sometimes).

Another thing that impressed me about the Charlie Banana company is they donate 1% off all their sales to Operation Smile.  It is reassuring to know that a company is giving back and that by supporting that company you are helping change lives.

In North America you can find Charlie Banana legwarmers at Toots n’ Tots (CAN) and Franklin Goose (US). Charlie Banana legwarmers range in price from $9.99 to $10.99 USD.

Stay tuned for more Charlie Banana product sneak peaks in the coming weeks!

Disclosure: I was sent a free pair of legwarmers to review.  The opinions expressed in this review are entirely my own.

  1. I am glad I got to see those in person yesterday. I have to say they are way softer and thicker and, in general, better quality, than the Baby Legs I bought a few months ago.

They are awesome on girls over tights in the winter too.
