Thankful Thursday~The Reason I Celebrate Christmas

This week, in the spirit of the Christmas holiday, I wanted to express my thankfulness for my Savior.  I often am caught up in all the doing that “needs” to be done and don’t take enough time for the things are really needed.  I am and ever will be eternally grateful that our Savior came to Earth, taught his gospel, and suffered and died that we might be freed from sin and live again.  I owe everything I’ve ever been blessed with, every joy I’ve ever experienced, every pain and sorrow I’ve ever felt lifted to the blessings my Heavenly Father has blessed me with and to the sacrifice of my Savior.

The song in this video expresses the wonder I often feel when thinking about the life of Christ.

(This video is a compilation of two videos, “Finding Faith in Christ” and “Joy to the World” made by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.)
